Terms of Use

Updated 15 March 2026.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Run. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Run's website, booking a demo, joining the waitlist, or using any Run service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Run on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or service.

Use of the Service

  • You may use Run only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the prompts, tasks, files, and instructions you choose to send through the service.
  • You must keep any credentials or access methods under your control secure and notify us if you believe your access has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

Run is for legitimate work, research, and operational use, not for abuse or evasion.

  • Do not use Run to violate the rights of others, break the law, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.
  • Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service in a way that harms Run, our vendors, or other users.
  • Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or that would require us to process regulated or highly sensitive information without prior agreement.
  • Do not present Run-generated output as verified fact when human review is still required.

Early Access and Availability

Run may offer features that are still under active development. Those features may change, pause, or be removed without notice, and they may occasionally produce incomplete or incorrect output.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including for maintenance, safety, or product direction reasons.

You should review important outputs before relying on them in production, legal, financial, or customer-facing contexts.

Third-Party Services

Run may rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics, scheduling, communication, or model providers. Your use of those linked or embedded services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products or websites that we do not control.

Ownership, Feedback, and Content

  • Run and its branding, software, and materials remain the property of Run or its licensors.
  • You retain rights to the content and materials you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • If you share feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to improve Run.

Disclaimers and Limits

Run is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the service or others.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Run after an update means you accept the revised version.
