Privacy Policy

Updated 15 March 2026.

Run is built to reduce operational drag, not create hidden surveillance. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the practical choices you have.

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Run collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, book a demo, or use any early-access services we make available.

It applies to information connected to Run-operated experiences. If you leave our site through a third-party link or use an external scheduling or communication tool, that third party may apply its own privacy terms.

Information We Collect

We keep collection narrow and tied to specific product or support needs.

  • Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, or any note you send through forms, bookings, or direct outreach.
  • Technical and usage data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP, device information, referring pages, and basic activity events that help us keep the site working.
  • Communication history, including messages, meeting notes, or requests you send to us while evaluating or using Run.
  • Product inputs and files that you intentionally provide to Run while testing workflows, asking for support, or participating in a demo.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for a specific workflow and clearly requested by you.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve Run and the workflows built on top of it.
  • To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, manage early access, and communicate product updates or service information.
  • To monitor reliability, investigate bugs, prevent abuse, and protect the security of our systems and users.
  • To understand aggregate interest in features and improve documentation, onboarding, and product design.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements when needed.

How We Share Information

We may share information with vendors that help us host the site, schedule meetings, deliver communications, analyze product health, or operate the service. Those providers only receive the information needed for their role.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar business change.

Run does not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated advertising purposes.

Retention and Security

  • We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain our records, or meet legal and security obligations.
  • Access to data is limited to people and providers who need it to operate or support Run.
  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce risk, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update, export, or delete information associated with you. You can also opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe option in those messages or contacting us directly through the site.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We will work in good faith to honor valid requests and explain when we need to retain something for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Run evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of the page and publish the updated version here.
